Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vodka
- 1 tbsp coffee liqueur
- 1 tbsp fresh espresso, cooled
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
- 1 small scoop vanilla bean ice-cream
- Cocoa powder, to dust
- Coffee beans, to serve

Directions
Step 1
Place the vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 1 minute.Step 2
Place the ice-cream in a 180ml (3/4 cup) capacity martini glass. Strain vodka mixture into the glass. Dust with cocoa. Decorate with beans and serve.
