• Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp vodka
    • 1 tbsp coffee liqueur
    • 1 tbsp fresh espresso, cooled
    • 1/4 cup crushed ice
    • 1 small scoop vanilla bean ice-cream
    • Cocoa powder, to dust
    • Coffee beans, to serve
  • Directions

    Step 1
    Place the vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 1 minute.

    Step 2
    Place the ice-cream in a 180ml (3/4 cup) capacity martini glass. Strain vodka mixture into the glass. Dust with cocoa. Decorate with beans and serve.
